I am running blogger on a couple of my sites and decided to try an experiment as an attempt to increase the frequency of my posts being emailed. By default Blogger adds a little email icon at the bottom of each post. I kicked it up a notch by placing a smiley beside it with some text suggesting that the visitor email the article. The impact was immediate. Emailing of posts is now more than double. I suspect that many people did not notice the tiny black and white email icon or didn't know what it was for.

Great idea, EGOL. I've done the same although it was not easy to do any formatting re alignment given the inflexibility of the Blogger templates. Thanks for that.
