My favourite status from the above has to be "SEOmoz wants to punch you in the face". You know when you want to laugh out loud in the office but feel you ought to stifle it, resulting in a sort of half-laugh, half-spluttering noise, that's what I just did.
And then the guy sitting next to you thinks you actually farted because it sounded like it.... I'm not talking from personal experience or anything.... LOL

You have no idea how much joy that one brought to the office yesterday. Every time I hit refresh there was another "like" or comment and I literally giggled all day long. :)
The best part about FSO is the Android version. It talks to the GPS in my Droid, so it automatically knows when I'm at the grocery store. I never have to take a chance on my friends not knowing I went grocery shopping.

I use my FB profile to get people interested and aware of the Woot! conferences - how would the Facebook Optimizer help?
I find if I post a status a day (or two) and talk about the Woot! every 3-4 statuses then people seem to pay attention. I also find that I need to rotate a link tot he Woot! group then a couple statuses, then a link to the site, then a couple statuses, then a promotional update (like asking for speakers, sending out discounted invites, or a percentage discount, etc)and so on.
Can you schedule the optimizer to balance personal random posts with promotional ones?

May be I can use this at work. But there is no time to use at home, coz it would be helpful for the people who remain online for the whole day.
It's hard to manage FB in China, cause FB is blocked by Chinese GOV, But social media is very important in internet marketing, so we need find a way to do social media marketing..

My birthday is ironically March 31st. Thankfully I wasn't an April fool. There is one benefit of Facebook though, and that's the ability to create custom URL's on a top ranking site.

Wow. Very curious solution. I wonder if this will help with relevance? One of my major challenges with social media for business has been relevance. I did not see any specific mention in the algo about it, but maybe it will be a by-product.
I am going to do some experiments and see what happens, using the original posts as starting points.
