I finally finished the SEMPO Survey... It took almost a full 25 minutes (which I don't really have) over 2 unique sessions - and I'm the type who races through questions.
But, if you're interested in contributing to the global intelligence of the Search Marketing World, do drop by. Maybe you can beat my time
I bailed... Was too long and based upon the response possibilities I don't seem to fit into any of their potential models.
Improvements for their instrument...
How much more or less do you expect to spend (no options for less).
Required selection on some items even though none apply.
Needs options for very small firms who get SEO service from other very small firms.
I spend very little time doing the bean counting that they asked about. I get up in the morning and attack. I feel that I know what I want to do and get services from pros like Donna or sorvoja when I need help. I work on what suits me and where I think I can win. That yields greater productivity for me because I get the psychological energy of attacking the projects that I enjoy.
This would change if I were a big firm and had spends for different types of people in different job functions. That fits their model. I am happy working at a different level.
It only took me 4-5 minutes, and I took my time. I guess I got a lot fewer questions than you.
