A rare link to a thread over at V7N, where Gexus asks what to hand out at trade shows. The answers are far flung and wide-ranged and certainly get creative. Everything from chocolate fountains to grip-strength balls to bags and even cannabis are recommended by the posters. Personally, I still have several items from the SES shows I attended in NYC & Toronto, most notably a Google fish attached to a keyhook and a bouncy, rubber ball that lights up blue & red (from ShopToIt.ca) when it hits the ground.

I doubt I'll ever need to promote SEOmoz at a trade show, but it's alwasy good to have ideas, just in case. For me, yellow shoes have been working just fine.
