I have been receiving some complaints about the speed of the SEOmoz tools. In the next 3-4 months, I wil be offering a paid subscription model of the tools that allow you to get answers without having to use the queue. The tools will be hosted on their own server and will provide a number of queries for a particular price per month.

I've also shown in this post something I'm quite proud of. While SEOmoz doesn't receive a great amount of traffic via search engines, I'm pleased to note the high percentage of visitors who come directly by typing the URL or using bookmarks, and the number who come through referral links. Both of these are, to me, signs of a website that provides real value to its visitors. My goal is to have similiar percentages for all of my clients' sites as this would indicate a great level of dedication and interest in the content offered. We as SEOs often forget about the value of our website beyond search engine rankings, and it's good to come back to the ground and remember it's about the visitors.
