Throughout the day I've had my eye on the Twitter stream, responding, retweeting and keeping people up to date one what's coming next. Almost every single tweet has been positive except for the fact that it's freezing in here (but really, what conference isn't cold?? I freeze at every single conference I go to). As with SES San Jose, I've put together a compilation of all the amazing information that attendees have been coming away with and tweeting.
The sessions and tweets are listed in descending order, in other words: select * from session order by session.time desc. Also you may be wondering where the Q & A session is... I felt it needed a post of it's own, so stay tuned!
(Please excuse my horrible images, I had to use my cell phone.)

Thanks for posting this, I really wish I could be there.
Is there any possibility to share slide show?
Looking forward to the second day wrap up
Perhaps if the speakers allow it there could be the availability of them to Pro members? :)
I am finger-crossed and hopefully they can share the slides to us just like Krishna_Lakkin :D
I wish everybody could thumb up for him.
id love to see the slides too or maybe people that attend could make youmoz posts with the big points of stuff they learned so all of us who couldn't attend can get the tips too
please?
Great little wrap up. I would have loved to hear Dharmesh speak, he is great! Next year, I'm there for sure!
Dharmesh's piece was excellent. I wanted to point out a study that confirms his point about starting a business in a recession. The Kauffman Foundation of Entrepreneurship released a study a little while back showing that the majority of Fortune 500 companies were founded during recessions. Perhaps tough times create good, frugal business habits that guarantee long-term success. The study is below.
The Economic Future Just Happened
Hey Jennita! It was really great to met you at Seminar! We loved you =)
I want to know about all presentations, did you email it already?
Awesome speakers today. I signed up for this seminar expecting to get one or two little tidbits to strengthen my game. It's only day one and I've walked away with a ton of actionable information. Looking forward to tomorrow!
My brain is hurting after today. Too much valuable information to digest in one sitting. I'm going to be busy for the next few weeks dissecting my notes/etc.
The linkbuilding seminar given by that one fast talking English guy (sorry, I'm bad with names !) was the best I have seen/heard in a very long time.
I was on the fence about coming to this seminar, but am glad that I did. This is totally worth it, even for small sites like mine !
Random note: I noticed more than a few Simpsons references in the powerpoint presentations today.
/Excellent !
p.s. Got food poisoning the night before my flight up here to Seattle so a bit bummed my stomach won't allow me to goto the social afterparties. Stillrecouperating.
Eek, that sucks about the food poisoning. Too much Lil' Lisa Slurry?
Think of the episode where Homer takes the 10' hoagie sandwhich home and ate it....for 2 weeks straight. I knew the Mongolian Beef I ate the night before didn't taste quite right....but I couldn't stop eating.
I can give Andrew Zimmerman a run for his money...
Me in a nutshell.
Homercles cares not for beans!
(And it's Anthony Zimmern, not Zimmerman. Sorry, had to correct ya.)
Nein !!
Ok, let's meet halfway and say we were both wrong....
ANDREW ZIMMERN
ANTHONY BOURDAIN
I still say it's "Zimmerman" and like the great Philosopher Homer once said: "We'll just change Wikipedia when I get home"
(or how about now at teh Seatac airport?)
(yes, I know that is a misquote....can't remember which episode it came from, Google search isn't helping much either)
Err, meant "Andrew Zimmern," not "Anthony." Man, we both suck.
I should have gotten this right....I had Andrew ZimmerN on all weekend in my hotel room. I usually don't think anything about his show....but when he ate the fried head of a "suckling pig" then stabbed his fork into the skull and pulled out the brain and ate it....
...I hurled a little inside.
If I ever meet the guy in real life, I'm going to ask him if he has ever eaten a human being, even if just a nibble....because what's left for shock value after pig brains and bulls testicles?
