SEOmoz is moving our offices in the next month or two - if anyone has any beads on space in Seattle (between 1000-2000 square feet, Class A), please drop me a line. We've been having a tough time finding something suitable and it's taking up way too much time. The commercial real estate market seems to have heated up in the last 18 months, and we're looking art almost boom-like prices in many areas.

Just so we're not entirely off-topic, check out the miserable SERPs and particularly bad landing pages that the AdWords ads have on the Google search (and why is the most relevant result, Craigslist's office postings, number 76). Honestly, how can they survive with what I can only imagine are conversion rates under 1/10th of a percent?
