Thanks to Ian Mcanerin, who suggested the Canadian government's new TLD - .gov.ca (the humble fellow isn't taking credit, far too gentlemanly).
The debate on what to choose was relatively interesting, with the French Canadian contigent complaining bitterly that .gouv.ca was not the choice. But, as go the Belgians... According to Ian:
Further, Canada isn't France (which is uni-lingual) and if you look at other countries that have French as an official language, you see that uni-lingual French countries (Monaco, French Guiana) tend to use .gouv.xx, but multilingual countries tend to use .gov.xx (Belgium, Switzerland).
We should see about getting Todd his own address - oilman.gov.ca - he could be minister of black hats in Canada (ministre des chapeaux noirs au Canada). Discussion is on at HighRankings.
