It has been an amazing month at Moz, and for the first time, we have served up three indexes in one month - holy fresh data, Batman! This index is also our second index release from our Virginia data center.
As we've become so regular with our index releases, it seems that a blog post announcing each release may not be the best way to inform our customers on releases as they happen. This will be the last index update announced on the blog, but index release readers, have no fear! There's a new, more digestible way to get all of the information about the index updates you know and love.
Going forward, we invite you subscribe to the Mozscape RSS feed found on the lower right-hand corner of the https://moz.com/products/api/updates page so that you will know when we have released a new index. Simply click on the RSS feed icon...
...and you'll be directed to our Feedburner Mozscape updates page. This page makes it easy to enter your information to subscribe to our index updates:
Just enter your email address, choose your reader, and let the Mozscape index data flow in!
As our index releases continue to become more frequent, you can expect the number of updates received through the RSS to mount. We hope you enjoy this new way to consume fresh update info as much as we do.

Thanks for reading, and have a Mozzy weekend!
Wow, really liking the speed and quality of these updates lately... Next step, cancel my Ahrefs account :)
this is the 3rd Moz Update that my PA & DA remain the same.
All awhile, the "discovered links" feature does scan new links, they just don't find their way to my DA calculation.
What's going on?
same here! :S
Hey Yoav (and Moosa)!
The Mozscape index powers all the tabs in OSE except Just Discovered Links - they are two separate crawling infrastructures. Your new links will be organically discovered by the Mozscape crawlers and will then be included in the PA/DA calculation.
Just Discovered Links allows you to discover the new and really fresh links that might take longer to show up in the Mozscape index. It provides a more organic link graph of the web, but can be slower at discovering new/fresh URLs. The Big Data team is working on a project right now that will aim to improve this latency with new URLs getting indexed in the Mozscape index.
You can read more about Just Discovered Links here: https://moz.com/blog/announcing-the-just-discovered-links-report
I liked the blog posts, but I imagine they can clutter the blog if it's three a month. Maybe its a good idea to publish them on the dev blog?
Good idea to remove the blogging about index updates. It is not always important to all readers.
And just one thing, why is it that the 2 functions: "Email me when new comments are posted" and "sort comments by popularity" are checked?
I have not clicked on them, and it looks like they are active?
They're automatically checked for me too, but I don't actually get emails for new comments (thank god).
We're seeing that too, and we're looking into a fix. Thanks for the comment!
I is a good new feature, however I suddenly saw 50+ emails about new comments on Moz and were quite surprised!
But the sort function is quite nice...
What about a function that makes me discover any comments to my own post? E.g. if someone comments on this post I will get a email, otherwise not.
There's seems to be a bug. I cannot thumb up this post.
Have you tried the thumbs at the end of the post (before the comment)? They should work.
These are one of the reasons why I kept on tuning almost everyday and most of my time at their blogs and updates. New constant api updates and their huge re-branding. With useful tools too.
Nope, any changes for my site so far :/
Hi Brad nice post and Moz is looking real good now.. The post rate has increased was also amazing to hear aboout.. Keep up waiting on for more updates :)
Moz new look is really great ! Keep up the great work.
This is really great! I love the new Moz, more frequent api updates and a better overall app.
I thought the next update was going to be until June. Great work! Thanks!
Right? *high five*!
I don't know how you guys have so much time between a huge re-branding and 3 updates in a month! Great work!
Awesome job! Keep up the great work - these just keep getting faster and faster!
Wow! 3 updates in a month? That has to be a record. Keep up the great work.
I immediately said wow, when I saw this hit my RSS feed.
I agree. Keep up the good work. I guess maybe the next goal is once per week? Fast Fast Fast!
Once per week? That should be enough... LOL
Keep up the good work guys.
