Could I get a link to the mozinar by Rand that was hosted on November 1st? I watched it but would like to send the link around internally and to a client to convince him to finally get a new site and stop forcing people to register to buy his products.

Unfortunately, Rand's Mozinar did not record properly due to errors from GoTo Webinar's recording of it. But, don't despair! Rand will be recording it as a WBF here soon, and you can get the deck here: https://www.slideshare.net/randfish/big-picture-cro

Hey, great stuff team. How long will the webinars be up for would be my question? I still have to download all the vids from SEOMOZ 2012. Virginia from OZ
Currently, we don't have any plans to remove older Mozinars. We have ones dating back to 2010 on the page. They are divide by year, which makes them a little easier to archive. We may change this in the future or asses which Mozinars are out-dated (as information in our ever-changing industry gets) and remove those. But right now, they're up there to stay.

How long after the Mozinar is given before it can be watched as pre-recorded? Everyone of them that really interests me is on a Thursday and I can rarely watch them on Thursdays.
They are usually available within 24 hours if not faster.

Except for technical issues, we always post the recordings & decks on the Mozinars page. You just have to scroll down to the bottom!
Can you guys put this into a Google Calendar so I don't have to manually input all of them. Make it just like your Linkscape Google Calendar.
That's a great idea. We're doing some renovations to our Mozinars page here in the future & will keep that suggestion in mind.

Yes, all Mozinars (past and future) are recorded and posted on the site within 24 hours, generally.
