The infamous Black Hat SEO forums are for sale - Mick's done a good job building up the community there. Let's hope it stays in good hands. It sounds like offers should be $10K+, so make sure you're serious if you want to bid. The traffic and revenue details are also listed - I'd imagine it carries a valuable advertising space as you're getting ads in front of a very targeted market.

I speak with mick almost daily and one of the things that he wants to be sure of, is that the new owner understands what he is getting into. Being in the spotlight has its advantages and disadvantages, as we've all seen from recent SEO press. The site is really worth probably around $30k-$60k, but the time required to manage the sales and advertising could possibly be better spent building up WH style sites. :) But then again, being the King of Black Hat does have a nice ring to it.
heh... I think that the folks interested in advertising should take a serious look at buying the joint.
