I finally learned how to use the "Spam Score" xD
Excellent, the open site explorer tip is a personal favorite. I've recovered many forgotten links using it -
great effort, i would say its quite helpful as many of our fellow don't really use the max potential of MOZ tools. I
Thank to your Team and You Trevor.
These short and sweet videos are great! No fluff, and straight to the point...I like it. The followerwonk competitor analysis is excellent for seeing what may be working (or not working) for competitors in your space. I also liked the link building opportunities video. You could also try setting up Google Alerts to monitor your brand mentions. Loving these daily SEO fixes!
Fix 5 - the emails about mentions - is a very cool feature. Going to go implement that for my brands asap. I somehow missed that.
Also love Fix 2 - followerwonk is one of my favourite tools and I use it a couple times a week, at least.
Really loving the product vids & quick tips to help show off more of what Moz can do for us. Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words, Matt! Totally agreed about Followerwonk -- it's a seriously addicting tool. =)
Although I'm new to Moz, I have to agree that each and every tool helps to maximize your online marketing efforts. Moreover, the tutorials are great to help Moz members to utilize the tools full potential.
Thanks for the great tutorial, Trevor.
Love the tool for tracking brands and mentions! Thank you.
Thanks !! Trevor Klein
Just a small question here Trevor: Does Moz provide us link building opportunities from the local website, like from .co.uk tld? I had the premium membership of this tool but I can convince my boss if there is an option to find link building opportunities from the local websites.
You can certainly filter the mentions by TLD. Head on over to Fresh Web Explorer for an example. If I type in "Moz tld:co.uk", it gives me the recent mentions of "Moz" from only sites with that TLD. There are a number of other filters ("operators") available, too -- definitely take a look!
That's amazing! I am going to show this to him :)
Very informative post as expected! Thanks
I'm still unsure about the name 'FollowerWonk'. On an unrelated note, however, Moz's spam score is a great addition to Moz tools. I'm still yet to use it in everyday life but I do use it alongside a host of other tools during link analysis.
I think most folks around here are at least a little unsure about it too, but hey -- part of its charm, right? =)
Glad to hear you're getting use out of Spam Score!
Thanks for sharing with us this type of knowledge
i will try Open Site Explorer and than give you my feedback how it is useful for me.
How did you find Open Site Explorer's usability?
Your 4th and 5th Video's are the same

Alan
