Somehow, in the past few weeks, I was looking at how I could monetize the new videoblog that we're launching this summer (for the curious ones, go sign up for the beta release by visiting Yodivi - Videos for People). I was getting somehow worried about how YouTube (now reported to be getting 50 000 uploads / day) and other major vlogs startups can generate enduring growth AND great cash flow... I mean, I want the project to work, I think it can bring a lot to the community, so I want to keep my client on top of this money pit vlog platform.

I might not have fund the klundike of the solutions, but I think I got a good one: why don't you manage the advertising yourself... and keep most/all of the money!

Ads Click, a Swiss company based in Geneva and employing 20 people (went from 3 to 20 in the last 8 months), offers a licensed model of a advertising system similar to Adwords/Adsense or Overture. BUT wait... You can brand it to your company... And this seems to be working well... I've never seen so many features together that you can manage yourself... GREAT STUFF. I'm definitely going to have a look at it before opting for Adsense for our platform. I want real advertising revenues, not little change <3

Give me your feedback... Do you think this advertizing platform can make the cut? What do you think are the pros and cons?
